How many rooms do you have?
We have 40 rooms: 11 Double Rooms, 9 Superior Rooms, 9 Superior Rooms in the Main Building, 5 Superior Lux Rooms, 3 Luxury Suites in the Main Building and 3 Family Rooms.
Is your hotel located far from the highway?
No, we are located only 8 km from the highway.
Do you have good beds?
Yes, our beds are all new, modern hotel beds with good top mattresses.
Do we get personal service at your hotel?
At Bandholm Hotel it is of major importance for us that our guests feel they are at the center of our attention. Therefore, personal service means a great deal for us.
Do you have good parking?
Yes, we have plenty of space for parking, and it is free of charge.
Do you have free WiFi?
Yes, we have, and it's even with ultra-fast fiber connections with good coverage throughout the hotel.
Is it possible to charge our electric car at Bandholm Hotel?
Yes, we have a charging area for electric cars in front of the hotel.
Can we bring our dog to the hotel?
Dogs are welcome at Bandholm Hotel.
Bringing a dog costs DKK 350 per night per dog. A blanket and bowl will be made available for the dog.
The following precautions must be observed:
- Dogs should be kept on a short leash or in a purse on the hotel’s common areas.
- Dogs must not be brought into the hotel’s restaurants, except the terrace, on which the dog must be kept on a leash.
- Dogs are not allowed in furniture and beds.
- If the dog causes a need for extra cleaning, this will be charged at DKK 450 per hour spent or part thereof.
- The guest is responsible for damages caused by the dog.
NB! When bringing a dog to the main building:
- The dog should be small enough to be carried to the room, as the carpets in the lobby, staircase and hallways are not suited for animals.
Is there an elevator in the hotel?
Unfortunately, we do not have an elevator at the hotel. We will, however, gladly carry your luggage to and from the rooms located on the 2nd and 3rd floor.
Can we buy a hotel stay package with you?
Can I buy a gift certificate for the restaurant, the wellness center or a hotel stay?

Which gift cards are accepted?
We welcome the ones we issue ourselves and also the WeekendGavekortet, Larsen Hotel & Kroferie, GoDream and DuGlemmerDetAldrig.
I have a gift certificate. How do I book accommodation?
You can call us on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5 pm or send us a message via the contact form. Unfortunately, it is not possible to book via online booking on our website yet. Please be aware that we need the various voucher codes and the name, address, phone number and email in order to book your stay.
I am gluten intolerant / lactose intolerant / vegetarian / vegan / allergic. Do you have any food I can eat?
Much of our food is already gluten-free, and we always have vegetarian meals on the menu. Additionally, we like to stretch ourselves to meet our guests' wishes and needs. The longer we know in advance, the easier it is for us to accommodate special requests. Please write it in the comment box when you book online or call us beforehand.
When is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served on weekdays from 7-10. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 8-11.
What are the conditions for cancellation of the treatments?
You are free to cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled treatment, otherwise you will be charged 50 % of the treatment price.
Do you have bathrobes?
Yes we have bathrobes, towels and slippers.
Can you handle two people at a time?
Yes, for manicures, pedicures and facials we can handle up to 3 simultaneously, and for massages up to 5 simultaneously. Please call and book directly from the Wellness Centre at +45 5475 5476.
Meetings and conferences
Do you have good cancellation policies regarding conferences?
Yes our policies match the industry's and are intended for the benefit of our customers.
Do you have bright meeting facilities?
Yes, we have many beautiful, bright meeting facilities. All made in beautiful Scandinavian colors.
Can we do walk and talk with you?
Yes, we have both forest, fields and the sea just next to the hotel.
Do you offer leadership seminars?
Yes, we offer both management seminars, board seminars, strategy meetings and more.
Do you offer team building?
Yes, we offer everything from Ferrari Driving to helicopter flights to cocktail courses etc. Call +45 5475 5476 and ask for our event manager to find out more.
What sizes conference rooms do you have?
We have rooms for anywhere from 10 to 150 people and plenty of group rooms.
Do you make inexpensive conferences?
We are certainly not at the high end of the price scale, so you will probably find really good value for money at Bandholm Hotel.
Do you have friendly and hospitable staff and waiters?
We are rated second best on service in Denmark, and our goal is to always appear accommodating and professional, and at the same time perform service from the heart.
How is your location, if we should choose to have our conference at your place?
We are located just by the Smålandshavet with our own sandy beach. The hotel is just after Knuthenborg Forest on Northern Lolland, so there are lots of beautiful sceneries right by the hotel.
Do you keep track of coffee/tea breaks etc.?
Yes, we keep track of the scheduled coffee and tea breaks and ensure that there is always fresh coffee and tea available throughout the day.
Do we have our own staff at the conference?
Yes, there is a staff member ready to take care of you when you arrive, so whatever you need we’ll see to it. Your security and confidence in good cooperation is very important to us.
Are the agreements made always met?
We make every effort to ensure that what we have agreed with our guests is always delivered to full satisfaction. We want you to be able to focus fully on your meeting – we'll take care of the rest.
Are you well equipped regarding AV equipment?
We have all the usual AV equipment and everything is tested before the conference.
Are the expectations reconciled before finalizing the contract of a conference?
Yes, we always do. It is important for us to understand our customers' needs before making an agreement.
