The gourmet menu at Bandholm Hotel is based on unique local ingredients, specially selected after their taste, aroma, appearance and texture, carefully prepared to preserve and bring out the good taste. Because of its mild climate and fertile soil, Lolland-Falster is a true goldmine of delicious and interesting ingredients.
Bandholm Hotel is cooperating with famous local producers: Krenkerup brewery, Frederiksdal cherry wine and Dalbakkegård among others.
Creative and delicious gourmet meals
Besides the taste, the visual presentation of the food is an attraction in itself. Head chef Naomi Fouché is working intensely to present the courses in an interesting and creative manner, complementing the expression af taste and creating a culinary totality.
